Fratney House Stability – Immediate Critical Priority

The Fratney House stability is the most critical priority facing 4th Dimension. Without immediate action on zoning compliance, we risk losing trust from key referral sources, which are essential to our mission. If these partners lose confidence in our stability, they will look elsewhere, drying up a crucial stream of participants. This instability threatens not only the men’s program but could significantly alter our organization’s direction, putting our entire mission in jeopardy. The risk is urgent and demands immediate resolution to protect our credibility, sustain partnerships, and preserve our ability to serve those in need.

Women’s Program Expansion – Urgent Priority

Equally urgent is the expansion of our women’s recovery program, which is essential to anchoring Holton as a safe, transformative cornerstone in Riverwest. The growing demand and availability of suitable properties make this expansion critical for both capacity and impact in the community. However, we only have a one-year window to secure the property—missing this deadline risks losing both the opportunity to increase capacity and our ability to meet the community’s needs. To achieve these goals, the acquisition process must begin now.
